DELIVERY/SHIPPING
Once your order has been accepted and payment received, we will ship it on the closest ship date through the courier you choose. A shipping notice of your order will be e-mailed to you together with the courier tracking number after delivery and you can trace the shipping status very easily at member area and find out the estimated time when you can receive your order . The delivery time varies from one country to another and also depends on which courier you choose to ship . Usually, you can receive your order within one week if you choose to ship it by Fedex or within two weeks if by EMS .
*We can not guarantee shipping time. Delivery may take longer than expected.
RETURN POLICY/GUARANTEE
We personally inspect each piece before we ship to guarantee quality. Damaged or flawed items MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your shipment or the claim will not be honoured.
If the items you have ordered through www.tillandsiart.com are damaged in transit, please click on Contact us to email us explaining which item was received damaged. Add your Order Id # in the subject line and someone will get back to you within 48 hours to let you know we will ship you a replacement.
If you have any problems with your retail order, please contact us, and/or follow the return instructions outlined below
RETURNING AN ITEM IF YOU ARE A RETAIL CUSTOMER
If there is nothing wrong with the quality of your order and you simply decide you no longer want it, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with the following information:
Order Id #, product code, reason for return/replacement, and contact details.
We will then provide you with a returns authorization number (RA) . Once you have the
RA# , you can send returned items with FREIGHT PREPAID to our following address .

We ask that you email us your courier tracking number to ensure a speedier refund.
Once the product is received complete with original packaging and RA Number, we will provide you with a refund as quickly as possible; in busy times, this process can take slightly longer but will not be longer than 14 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account minus the Shipping Freight Charge .
We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
