HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?


An email will be sent with tracking number when your order has been shipped and you can trace your order by clicking on order trace at the member area of our webpage.


HoW soon can I receive my order?


It quite depends on which courier you choose to ship and which country or area we ship to. If you choose Fedex to ship , you usually can receive it within 7 days . Or if you choose EMS or other courier, it may take 10 days or even longer for you to get it .


Can I CHANGE QUANTITIES OR CANCEL AN ITEM IN MY ORDER?


If you forgot to add something, change or want to cancel your order, please click on Contact Us at the FAQs & Help area of our webpage and email us with your modifications within 12 hours after placing your order. Please remember to provide us with your name, the order confirmation number and what changes you need. Please note that once an order has been packed and shipped, we can no longer make any alterations.


MY Pot CAME BROKEN!! WHAT NOW?

We carefully pack each and every order to ensure it's safe for travel, however, if it is ceramics
and it can break from time to time. If you have received a broken item please contact us immediately by clicking on Contact Us and send us an email with the subject of Broken Issue together with the proof of broken pieces . We will then email you with further instructions.

HOW CAN i PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER ?

You can go to our member area and click on Wholesale Club to place a wholesale order to us. As long as the quantity each item and the total order amount satisfy our Minimum Order requirements.
